Back-end Centralized System
Each of your sub-centres is runs on a front-end engine (which is merely a PC based program). Transactions then auto-sync with HQ back-end centralized system. Connection is established using an internet line.
Suppose if Internet connectivity fails, the front-end engine will capture transaction and will save it in the PC system and is automatically re-channelled back to HQ back-end centralized system once the Internet is back in running order.
As such the HQ back-end centralized system will always have the latest data from all sub-centres. |
